How to place an Order for an Item?

You have  to choose from the shop by categories for the item you require.

You have to pick the menu details, where you need to provide information about the item, quantity etc., and proceed to the cart for checkout.

How to place an Order for an Invitation?

You have  to choose from the shop by categories the Occasion for which you need Invites. From the collections available, choose the appropriate design of your choice. In the Design from Blank mode provide the contents to be printed. We will send you a proof for printing. On approval only printing will be undertaken.

Can I provide the design for Printing?

You can Upload your own design.

Once you go through the item required with quantity, From the Design from Blank mode you can upload your images.

If I don’t have a design what should I do?

If you don’t have a design, In the Design from Blank mode, you can search the design samples provided in the clip arts and choose the design required and provide the contents needed for you. We will send you a proof for printing. On approval only printing will be undertaken

Is the final output will have the same Colour Quality of the image provided/seen in proof?

We don’t give guarantee for the Colour Quality as there will be sure difference between the colour seen in the system and the final product. Even while reprinting there will be colour difference in the batches which cannot be avoided.

Whether I need to have an account for shopping in your website?

Yes you need to sign up with the basic details and then only you can shop.

What is the purpose of having an account?

If you sign up, your details will be readily available, your orders will be displayed and reprinting will be easier. You will be eligible for our special offers.

Cancellation & Returns

How to cancel an order?

How to modify an order?

Modification of an order is possible only if the order is not processed. You have call our customer care 044 43066093 and mail the details to victorycards30@gmail.com If it is not processed.

Whether I can cancel an order?

You can cancel only if the order is not processed. Once order is processed cancellation is not possible.

Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received by us in time.

Whether Can I return the product?

We don’t accept any return or exchange

What to do if there is any defect or printing issues in the supply?

You have to inform customer care and on the decision about the discrepancy, the issue will be resolved.

Whether my payment will be Refund for cancellation of order?

Refund of the payment is not entertained. Due to unavoidable circumstances if the order is cancelled by us, your payment will be given as a voucher to be redeemed for future orders.

What will happen if I Receive the item in damage condition?

We take atmost care in delivering your products in the good condition. Still, if you receive any product in unusable condition, you can contact our customer care and they will do the needful.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the shipping charges?

The Shipping charges are dependent on the weight and the place of delivery, ie within Chennai, TamilNadu will be lesser and when the delivery is to other states it will be varying according to the distance. The exact charges will be communicated to the Customer before finalizing the order.

What is the delivery time for the supply?

Delivery time depends on the product ordered, on confirmation of the proof only the order will be processed. Delivery time will be between 3 – 7 days based on the process involved in the product and the place of delivery. Once order is confirmed  and processing initiated customer will be informed about the tentative date of delivery. Also after product is couriered message will be given to the customer.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

How can I track my order?

You can track the order with the shipping bill from the respective courier website or call the customer care no. 044-43066093 for details.

How will I know my order is processed successfully?

You will be informed through mail once the details are confirmed, payment made and the process is initiated.

If the order is not complete, what should I do?

Immediately you have to call the customer care and inform about the changes required, otherwise once the process is initiated we will not be responsible for any changes.

How to place the repeat order?

Your orders will be available in your account and you can place a re-order from that details available. We will confirm with you before processing the order.

Whether international delivery is possible?

We don’t have any International Delivery but you can contact our customer care 044-43066093 for the details.

Can I change the Shipping address after placing the order?

You have to inform our customer care 044-43066093, action will be taken accordingly.

Payment

What are payment options available ?

All the online payments are processed through Razor Pay payment gateways, which provide secure encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and net banking transactions..

Whether Cash on Delivery is available?

No. We don’t process Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are processed only after making the payments on line.

If there is an error while processing the payment, What should I do?

In case of payment errors/failure, please retry ensuring:

  • Your internet connection is not having any disruption while processing.
  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund. You can get in touch with Customer Care along with your order number and details of the amount deducted, or send an email to victorycards30@gmail.comfor any further clarifications.

Do your prices include Taxes?
